The final phase is over and every news channel is coming out with opinion polls and likely verdict 2009 and all of them have missed some major points. Almost everyone has claimed that the Congress would be the single largest party but to my mind it will not be and neither the UPA be the largest coalition. BJP is expected to do much better than 2004 and I have my reasons for it.

In 2004 the RSS was helping BJP and NDA but was not actively involved but this time round the current RSS supremo Mohan Bhagwat has given a clear signal that all RSS persons are fully at work. This active involvement may result in around 1 to 3 % swing in favour of BJP.

The Muslim turnout in this election was comparatively much lower which again does not augur well for Congress, SP, RJD, BSP and LJP. There was no fatwa issued and neither the Muslims voted strategically like they had done in previous elections.

Last but not the least is Baba Ramdev factor. None of the poll pundits have given any importance to Yoga guru and his active involvement in this election. He has given directive to all his followers to vote and lets see how much difference it makes.

The BJP may score more than 200 seats in election 2009 and the biggest surprise is in store in states like UP, Rajasthan, AP, Delhi.

Another 15 hours and we might be able to guage a clear trend.

This is with reference to Supreme Court's directive passed on today to Special Investigation Team to probe into alleged role of Narendra Modi in post Godhra riots. I as law abiding citizen of India has full rights to know as to why and under what circumstances the Supreme Court passed such a directive after 7 years of the incident and in the midst of 15th Parliamentary elections. The timing of the whole event simply flabbergasted me. And now only one question which goes around in my mind, why now? I have my own reasons as illustrated below to feel hurt on the directive.

1. It is been 7 years since then and so much has gone by and if this directive did not come for 7 years it could have waited for another 15 days. The timing of whole issue puts Supreme Court under scanner and on the face value it appears as if the Supreme Court is favouring one Party and one Dynasty in this case (I know this could amount to contempt of court and I could be jailed for this but I do not mind spending all my life in Jail on this issue). Only two days back came Arun Shourie's statement about Narendra Modi the next Prime Ministerial candidate and Arun Jaitley supporting it. The next PM candidate of Congress appears to be Rahul Gandhi and we all know Rahul baba is no match for seasoned Modi, so is this directive issued to favour a party and a family?

2. Another shocking thing about this whole affair is the lawyer for the applicant is Teesta Setalwad who is indicted by the same SIT for her dubious role during post Godhra riots. How can she even represent anyone in a matter in which she herself is under cloud? How could Supreme Court let her do that?

Earlier under the facade of Malegaon blasts the Mumbai ATS purposefully framed Pragya Singh and Lt Col Purohit and till date the same ATS could not prove a thing despite making all the alleged conspirators go through all kinds of test including polygraphy and Narco test.

The army acted in a haste and without any Court of Inquiry or Summery of Evidence let CBI arrest Lt Col Purohit once again on flimsy grounds which Army itself has negated later.

CBI giving clean chit to Tytler and Sajjan Kumar just before the elections and Digvijay Singh threatening Mayawati about CBI inquiry clearly points only in one direction and that is the CBI is working on the direction of the ruling government and that is Congress.

And now with this directive issued it seems the Supreme Court appears to be following the precedence set by ATS, Army and CBI... The Complete Circle of Sonia Raj...

I believe everyone knows this name Teesta Setalvad, certain facts about her role in Post Godhra riots in Gujarat in 2002,

1. The Sabarmati Exp was burnt in Feb 2002 and just before the buring in Jan 2002 the MP govt under Digvijay Singh increased advertisement money paid to Teestas news paper was increased multifold.

2. The SIT team appointed by the Supreme Court to inquire into post Godhra riots headed by former CBI Director, RK Raghavan along with former DGP CB Satpathy and three senior IPS officers Geetha Johri, Shivanad Jha and Ashish Bhatia has submitted its report to Supreme Court and is as follows,

The SIT report has categorically indicted Teesta Setalvad, a self styled human rights activists running an NGO Citizen for Justice and Peace of tutoring the witnesses, cooking up the macabre tales of wanton killings and slapping false charges against police officials and certain other people alike. The SIT also found the following incidents which were much hyped in the media at the behest of the likes of Teesta Setalvad as false and baseless:

A pregnant Muslim woman Kausar Banu was gangraped by a mob, who then gouged out the foetus with sharp weapons.

Dumping of dead bodies into a well by rioters at Naroda Patiya.

Police botching up investigation into the killing of British nationals who were on a visit to Gujarat and unfortunately got caught in the riots.

This is not the first time that the likes of Teesta Setalvad have been exposed. Earlier also a section of media carried out the news of the daughters of Ehsan Jafri, an Ex Congress MP being killed in the riots which was later denied by the supposed victims themselves. The attempt to rationalize Godhra incident in which around 57 Ramsevaks were burnt alive inside Sabarmati Express got replicated in baseless stories and rumours about post Godhra riots.

This is with reference to two programmes which I happen to watch on NDTV, Big Fight and one just 15 minutes back being conducted by Prannoy Roy. And I start point by point,

1. There was a movie "Haqiqat" which had a song "kar chale hum fida jaan watan sathiyon..." and in that song there is line, "tod do haath agar haath uthne lage, chhoone paye na Sita ka daman koi," I assume that you understand this much of Hindi and you would understand the meaning of it, and if you do, would you kindly answer as to why Late Mohd Rafi was given award for this song and Mr Varun Gandhi all the brickbats? Or for you (pseudo) secular people its allright if someone says it about Chinese but cant repeat it otherwise as Chinese are here in very small numbers and they form no vote bank. From when has Secular brigade started differentiating between China and Osama?

2. I have heard the whole sentence, whether Varun has said it or not but my point is I find nothing wrong with that statement at all. Who are you to assume that this sentence was with reference to Muslims? Did he mention the words "Muslims ke haath kaat dunga?" By assuming what you and your like minded Congress, Lalus, Sibbals, Aiyyers etc etc. you have communalised the whole atmosphere. By assuming that it was against 17 crore Muslims of India you have also assumed that 17 Crore Muslims would raise hands on Hindus. Once again dont conclude that I am saying this, I am not because I never took that statement as against Muslims, it is you the pseudo secular brigade who did. Yes that statement could be at worst termed as Appeasement of Hindus but then who is not appeasing, Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Dalits and so on and so forth. Even you and your channel is doing it by silently promoting Mayawati and her likes...but you do it professinally, getting it all out through persons like Shobha De.

3. Now I come to Mr Prannoy Roy and Mani Shankar Aiyyer and the recent programme, it was not Mr Javdekar who was confused or confusing, but it was you Mr Roy you was trying to confuse, Prime Minister and Manmohan Singh are two entities, what if they both happen to be the same, if I say this Prime Minister is good for nothing does not necessarily mean that Manmohan Singh is useless and precisely that is what Mr Advani had said but on the contrary Mr Manmohan Singh had targetted his attack not on leader of opposition but Mr Advani as a person. Do you get the difference or you are so dumb or act dumb for few votes more??

You must have started assuming by now as to who I am, a communal person either from RSS or BJP or even Shiv Sena or even Ram Sena, keep doing that, that is your habit and old habits die hard. I am ex Captain Anuraag Avasthi who for your information fought against BJP in local Corporation Election as an independent but this time I am going to vote and vote for BJP because I feel I had enough of your communal thoughts and ideas. I have done schooling from St Josephs Convent, Itarasi, SFS, Nagpur and St Alousius College, Jabalpur. I have attended more masses at various churches then I had been to temples all my life and after graduation I joined Indian Army, only organisation which can still be termed truely secular and now after listening and seeing events like Sonia Gandhi, Manishankar Aiyyers speeches on terrorism and blaming everything on post Godhra riots I do not mind being seen and called a communal person. In the end my question to Manishankar Aiyyer, if communalism is root cause of terrorism why did it happen at Beslan, Madrid, Morocco, Kenya, Thailand, Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan?

If you Mr Roy is worth your salt as journalist and have an iota of shame you would answer me on these points and various others in front of the Camera, live or else .... even I can assume.

I was just watching the news and came across Prime Minister Mr Manmohan Singh's statement on PM in waiting LK Advani, Narendra Modi and BJP and his government's resolve to fight terrorism. Well Mr Prime Minister you are nothing but a liar, your resolve to fight the terrorism shows from the fact that you are giving more financial aid to slain terrorists' families then to Soldiers. It shows from the fact that you have still not put an end to Mohd Afzal episode. What are you waiting for, a Kandhar II to happen under Mr Advani's rule? Are you reading Rajeev Shuklas and Digvijays Singhs? Yes percisely you will not hang Mohd Afzal though supreme court has already put a stamp on it and if you come back to power he will still not be hanged Kandhar II might have to wait for another term of yours.

You said you can not match Mr Advani words for words and have talked about his record, well what is your record Mr Prime Minister? A PM who could never be an MP? You said you are man of work rather then words, if that be so why can't you fight a general election from safest of safe seat? Why cant you fight an election from West Bengal or Kerala where the BJP has no presence? You can't because everyone including you know that you are a Nincompoop robot whos remote control lies in someone elses hands.

Couple of days back there was an encounter in J&K like any other and in that two army personnel and two terrorists were killed. Normal news ... yes? read the rest carefully,

The army pers would get a medal and with it some negligible amount for their lives but the terrorists, their families would get life long pension and one of the family member would get government job.

Is not being terrorist is better than joining armed forces? On the face value it is but there is a key, you will get all these benefits if you happen to be Muslim terrorist and die in an encounter, if you happen to be any other terrorist like Sikh terrorist or a Hindu terrorist, you get nothing.

This is secular Congress and its credentials ... all for "Few Voted More."

The kind of debate Varun Gandhis speech created and the way he was sent to jail is simply astonishing to say the least. Before I write anything I presume he had said what he is hold guily of and that is "har woh haath jo Hinduon par uthega Varun Gandhi use kat dega" meaning anyone dare raise hand at hindus Varun Gandhi would chop it off... well what is wrong with this statement? This question is intended at every damn pseudo secular, why would anyone harm hindus in India? Or why would anyone dare raise hand at Hindus in India? If he is projecting himself as saviour of 80% of the Indian which happen to be Hindus what is so hurting about it?

Late Mohd Rafi who had sung the song got all accolade and awards for it but poor Varun got jail for saying the same thing .... maybe our dear secular brigade does differentiate people on the basis of caste creed and religion because when something is said against the Chinese it is all appreciated but when something intended said against terrorism, to be precise Islamic terrorism(as presumed by our so called pseudo secular brigade), one gets brickbats

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi did not take even 15 days to sign a document which lead to hanging of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru but the other Gandhi (Sonia) and his remote controlled PM and President have taken almost a decade to hang Mohd Afzal, culprit of Parliament attack. Isnt it height of double standards?? And if you really want to go through double standards here is a list for you,

There was a Fatva issues by Muslim clerics on Hijab which says any woman who doesnt follow Hijab can not be a muslim and there was a programme on IBN 7 under the title "Mudda" on the same., All the white collar guests and spokesperson which included Congress leader Salman Khursheed expressed their solidarity behind this fatwa and no one had any objection to it but they had objections to Pramoda Muthalik objecting to almost naked Hindu women dancing in pubs in Karnataka, the anchor even went on to call Pramod Muthalik a gunda whereas all those favouring Hijab or Purdah were his prime guests ! Height of double standards...

When Mumbai was under seige in November lot of channels, the congress and white collared elites often objected saying politicians are doing politics on dead but the one of the channel from this list had no objection to doing business and earing lacs of Rupees on the same issue, another channel even termed one of its programme Sa Re Ga Ma as fight against terrorism to raise its TRP, maybe even this is not double standards by their standards...

Last but not the least Rajdeep Sardesai of network 18 incited people to raise their voice against Varun Gandhi for his alleged speech at Pilibhit... Rajdeep Sardesai when you could get away for praising Dawood Ibrahim as patriotic Indian and his D Company as more secular then the Congress, why cant Varun Gandhi get away with what he said in Pilibhit? Atleast he did not call a terrorist a patriot.

This post is with reference to Indian Stock Market, Corporates and Congress. The Indian Stock Markets at the moment are not behaving as a normal market should or would. Today the market is hijacked by operators with the blessings of Congress govt. And how is illustrated here. If you are keenly following Stocks movement you would have noticed that before the fall of Sensex and Nifty to 2550 level certain stocks were making news such as Spice Com. This particular Stock jumped 114 % in one single day another day it was up by more than 50 %, you think this movement was normal? Certainly not, Spice Com has 8 million floating shares and the volumes on those days were very very high vis a vis floating equity and SEBI had turned a blind eye to it all though it is supposed to be watch dog and out there to safeguard investors interest. This is just an example but there were plenty of scrips which showed abnormal movement and some of those Orbit Corp, Kalindi Rail to name a few and duped poor investors of their hard earned money.

The present UPA government has blamed Pakistan for terrorists strike at Mumbai and has been asking Pakistan to hand over the culprits to India. What for? What will this goverment do with them? Put them in the Jail and offer them Biryani like it is doing with Mohd Afzal? Or wait for Kandhar part II to release them back from the jail? The present government has shown no inclination whatsoever to punish the terrorists caught for few muslim votes more then what Moral ground it has to blame Pakistan and ask for repatriation of Lashkar activists and Dawood and the likes? Look within yourself Mr Prime (puppet) Minister when you can not set your house in order why blame neibourhood?

Often the politicians were blamed for politicising the heinous terrorist strike at Mumbai but what about our elite class and media? They are even worse, the politicians used this for political advantage but the very elite class and the media is and has used it for earning few bucks more. " Lashon ki rajniti nahi par lashon par dhanda chalta hai." One such example of this is IBN 7 and Anoushka Shankar Jethro Tull "a billion hand concert". They siezed the opportunity even in such ghastly attack and made a quick booty out of this. Have they contributed anything out of their earnings towards all those who suffered ... maybe they donated it all for lipsticks and make up kit ... and maybe spent a part of it buying candles and boosting Indian economy. I have been doing events for long and I know that all these artists only and only bother about their payment and they have got nothing to do with any kind of charity.

More horrendous then the Mumbai Terrorist attack is the peoples reaction to it all specially the elites, media and the corporate sector. Let us start one by one, first the elites of Mumbai, till date this is the third major attack on Mumbai and suddenly we see whole lot of those damn sick secular, elites taking to streets protesting against it but where were they when it happened in 1993 or even when trains were bombed in 2006 July? Well that time the terrorists had attacked places which were of no use to this elite class. It did not hamper their life style in any ways but things are different now, the terrorists have attacked Taj and Oberoi Trident the very places of enjoyment and fun for this elite class. Now that is too much, how can these politically correct elites digest attacks on their places of "Aayyashi" and what did they do? They lit come candles for all those who died and garlanded the heroes who died saving them... but forgot about someone who took a bullet a survived, Captain AK Singh, still in the hospital looking for help but none coming till the time I am typing this all. Maybe they are too busy selecting darker shades of lipsticks or maybe too busy finding the right compact which suits their skin type or maybe penniless having spent all the amount on make up kit specially that "Budhi Ghodi Lal Lagam". On one hand the same media and the elites had criticised Shivraj Patil for changing dresses three times when Delhi was attacked but the same media and them are defending their perfect looks at the time of such a disaster, what damn double standards but this class has nothing but double standards. The same Budhi Ghodi lal Lagam claims that in India's quest to attract the world these Neo Rich and Elite bollywood stars are advertised. What a pathetic view, ask any foriegner as to why he or she was here... to see Taj Mahal or to visit various religious and Yoga centers or to see Sharukh Khans and Amitabh Bachans...

Now lets scrutinise the role of Media(electronic media). During the Mumbai attack and prior to it there were some events which were of such an importance but did not find space and time in media coverage, first the meetings of all senior Ulemas of Muslim society in India in Hyderabad and they have come out against all forms of terrorism and issued a Fatva which says Terrorism is anti islamic in its nature but this news had no taker in electronic media, Mr Madani had made very important announcement regarding terrorism and new coined hindu terrorism but again no space and no taker, the very next morning of terror attack in Mumbai Mr Kalbe Sadiq a very important Muslim leader had made a very important statement yet again for all these three events our sansanikhej media did not have even 24 minutes but for burnt remains of Sabarmati exp the same media had 24 hours and for Pragya Singhs case it had time of 24 days. When it comes flairing up religious sentiments the same damn media is first but when it comes to telecasting something which would strengthen communal harmony it has no time.

And now for the Corporate world, well they are no different, filed a PIL in court and that too for modernising Mumbai police, as if by modernisation the Mumbai police will have will to fight terrorism. It seems they have forgotten that Man behind the Machine is always more important then the machine. If not so we would have never won 1971 war against Pakistan. Pakistan had Sabre Jets, Star fighters and what not and India, it had Gnat and Mig 21 and yet after sixth day the Pakistani air force was completely decimated and not a single Paki plane could take off. But I understand their problem, they can not talk about will to fight terrorism because then it would be indirectly support BJP and again indirectly make them feel guilty for joining hands with Communal forces. How can they loose their political correctness in this hour of tragedy...
