Spirits - Before we talk about Spirituality, we must think of spirits, there can be evil spirits and good spirits both,but when we refer to Spirituality we care certainly talking with reference to Good or related to GOD.

The very basis of Hinduism is "Satyam Shivam Sunderam", it means Satya = Truth is Shiv = GOD or Lord Shiva and GOD is Sunder = Beautiful. In short Truth is beautiful, one who understand this aspect of Life has certainly attained the sense of Spirituality. Spirituality is nothing but listening to very inner Soul which never lies. And this is the very basis of Hindu Religion.

One who happens to listen and understand his/ her own inner voice would always happy and contained because your Soul or Spirit needs you to be true to yourself. One who is true to himself/herself is always at peace with his/her surroundings.

Truth

One who understands the truth about life knows the truth about Death too. Death is nothing but its like changing of clothes, you change your clothes when its old, rugged and torned, same way Soul changes body when its old to get into a new body.

What kind of new body you will get is what you buy for yourself, in short your karma is what you have earned through this life and this is what is going to fix as to what you can buy for your next birth. The better you perform by listening to your Spirit would get you better buying power for your next birth. A better body... better living and peace... this is very essence of Spirituality.
